Murray James

He’s attracted the attention of both critics and rock stars and now self-proclaimed “modern soul” boy Murray James performs at Showcase Live.
Produced by Dan Grech (The Vaccines, Scissor Sisters) Murray James’s debut ‘Protect Me’ EP, was released on October 9th through Deconstruction and etches Tom Waits huskiness into a rich, life-affirming, soul drenched backdrop.

D’Kota Reign

Come together to form d’Kota Reign (trans: The Ally Ruling), a high energy, all singing, all dancing Hip-POP girl band with guts…!!!
Having lived, worked, studied, performed & traveled together over the years, the girls soon formed a strong bond. It was during this time they discovered a further passion equal to dance, that passion of course being singing. Naturally these 5 friends joined forces & d’Kota Reign was born! The rest as they say is history in the making…
d’Kota Reign take a sophisticated Pop sensibility combined with a Hip-Hop edge to create a signature hard hitting Hip-POP sound, with a relevant & unquestionable swag to back it up. This infectious sound allows the girls to marry both their passion for singing & dance into one dynamic performance.
