Case dismissed ... Justin Bieber will no longer face Mariah Yeater in court

THE woman who claimed Justin Bieber is the father of her baby has dropped her paternity case.
Fan Mariah Yeater, 20, had alleged the teenage pop titan bedded her after a gig in Los Angeles last year, leaving her pregnant.
Justin has vehemently denied the claims and earlier this week offered to take a DNA test to prove he is not four-month-old Tristyn's dad.
Mariah's lawyers said they had "credible evidence" she was telling the truth but US website TMZ claimed attorneys Lance Rogers and Matt Pare have now stopped representing her.
The website reported that the lawsuit was quietly dropped late last week.
It is believed Rogers and Pare quit after Justin's lawyer Howard Weitzman threatened to sue Mariah and her legal team for making false accusations.
Justin has always staunchly rubbished her claims that they romped backstage at the Staples Center in October 2010, insisting he has never even met her.
And the 17-year-old Baby singer — who would have been 16 at the time of the alleged tryst — dismissed Mariah as an attention-seeker hell-bent on grabbing headlines.
In an interview earlier this month, Justin — who is dating Selena Gomez — told a US TV show: "Never met the woman.
"I'd just like to say, basically, that none of those allegations are true. I know that I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim.
"It's crazy. Every night after the show I'm gone right from the stage right to the car, so it's crazy that some people want to make such false allegations.
"To set the record straight, none of it is true."
